1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Shree Bahuchar Travels, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Booking and Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the required deposit or full payment and written confirmation from Shree Bahuchar Travels.

The lead passenger making the booking accepts these terms and conditions on behalf of all members of the party and is responsible for all payments due.

3. Payment Terms

A non-refundable deposit (amount varies by tour type) is required at the time of booking.

Full payment must be received by the due date specified in your booking confirmation.

Payment methods accepted include bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and cash (for in-person transactions only).

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they have valid travel documents (passports, visas, etc.) required for their journey.

Shree Bahuchar Travels will provide guidance but cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from inadequate documentation.

6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all customers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellation, and personal belongings.

7. Liability

Shree Bahuchar Travels acts as an agent for transportation companies, hotels, and other service providers and cannot be held responsible for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity that may occur.

We will make every reasonable effort to ensure the quality of services provided but cannot guarantee the performance of third-party providers.

8. Health and Safety

Customers are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to undertake the tour.

Any pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed at the time of booking.

Customers must follow all safety instructions provided by tour guides and staff.

9. Changes to Itinerary

Shree Bahuchar Travels reserves the right to alter itineraries if necessary due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, road conditions, etc.).

Every effort will be made to provide services as closely as possible to those mentioned in the itinerary.

Any complaints must be reported immediately to our representative during the tour to allow for resolution.

Complaints made after the conclusion of the tour should be submitted in writing within 14 days.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India.

Shree Bahuchar Travels reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
